Looking through photos of your life, you see smiling family members, celebrations, moments.. The smile on your face masks the reality of your anxiety; the fight you had with your spouse, and the worry that parenting is harder than you realized. One snapshot depicts a moment but doesn’t reveal the whole picture of you.

Another snapshot highlights the lines of worry on your face. They tell the story of a life that has not played out the way you have envisioned it. Bad choices. A Diagnosis. Broken relationships. Those lines don’t lie and they are hard to hide.
